The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, various breads, and the table linens were top quality, but I found the pillows too soft.

I enjoyed it again! My last stay at Hotel Sonne Post was over ten years ago, and a lot has changed – the rooms were renovated and a lovely wellness area was added. What stayed the same is the idyllic location in Waldau, the hospitality of the Wehrle family, and the outstanding food at the hotel restaurant. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The breakfast was complete and varied, the dinner courses were very good for a very reasonable price, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, the terrace of our room 2 was not closed, so we couldn't leave our small dog without a leash.
