I was blown away by everything, especially the hosts Cheri and Adrian. The outdoor bed was wonderful, and the pool, about 15 m long, was truly suitable for swimming. For all‑inclusive with sundowner tour, drinks, etc., we found the price reasonable. Nothing negative.

The view was the most beautiful, and the pool was huge. The rooms were great and sleek. The staff were incredibly friendly. We had many fantastic nature experiences on safari, both in terms of wildlife and scenery. All six nights we slept outside in the star‑bed and enjoyed the most beautiful stars. An absolutely unforgettable experience.

We had a great stay in the middle of nowhere, with super friendly and knowledgeable managers. Service was excellent and everything was really all‑included. We appreciated the flexibility of the activities offered and loved canoeing on the Orange River. The lodge is off‑grid, so there is no air‑conditioning. We stayed over Christmas and it can get uncomfortable, especially at night.

This lodge is gorgeous! The decor is beautiful and incredibly well‑appointed right down to the dining table setting. The large chalets are very private from each other with both outside and inside showers and beds! The choice is yours… sleep under the blanket of stars outside or inside your chalet. The dining (inside and outside), lounge and pool areas are spacious and tranquil with outstanding views of the Namibian landscape. The staff are amazing and attentive. The plated meals were delicious! We are definitely returning. Sandfontein Lodge is a magical place.
