The staff were patient, but the side sea view we were promised actually meant rooms on the side close to the sea, not an actual view of the sea, which feels like false advertising or a mistranslation. We decided to cancel as soon as we entered the first room, where a strong sewage stench hit us. We asked for another room, which smelled damp and like drains. A third room was fine on first entry, but the shower still carried a drain odor. Basically every ground‑floor room seems to have a smell problem that needs addressing.

The rooms were clean and the location is ideal for those who value peace. Everyone can find something here. The breakfasts are great. The vegetarian options at the restaurant were limited.

The hotel has a beach access, but the beach is dirty, lacks sunbeds, and swimming is prohibited. The hotel is definitely on the outskirts. The building is nice and fairly modern. The breakfasts are tasty, definitely in a Chinese style. The children got ear infections from swimming in the pool; each had the same bacteria. Guests were mostly Chinese, and most adults swam in the pool in life‑raft circles or used SUP boards or even boats. The staff doesn’t speak English, so getting anything done was a big problem.

The location is great—first‑class, green area, and on the opposite side beautiful mountains! I also want to highlight the staff, especially the receptionist named Felix! He’s big and a good guy! He helped us with everything! Thank you! No complaints.

“Przynajmnie, ale nie wrócę.”

A big, modern hotel right on the beach looks great, but the staff don’t speak English at all, so any small request takes a lot of patience and time. The beach by the hotel is very dirty and swimming in the sea is forbidden. The hotel is set far off the beaten path, so shops and restaurants are a long way away.
