Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but the room was not clean.

The location is great, the beds are comfy, breakfast is decent but a bit repetitive, and the staff are attentive. Yet they altered the price that was listed in the booking app, claiming booking made a mistake and demanded we pay half, even though the app said we could cancel at the hotel. The room had no external ventilation, just a window looking inside the hotel, no fan, it wasn't always cool, and we could hear everything happening outside and in neighboring rooms.
