The property is stunning and very quiet. By bike you’re in five minutes to the center of Montescudaio, where you can get everything you need and there are plenty of restaurants. The accommodation is beautiful, and Stefano is an extremely friendly host.

My partner and I stayed at Casa Lucia and found it a peaceful, exceptional place with top‑class rooms and facilities. The garden is equipped with a fully stocked barbecue, a table under a canopy for grilling, an external table on the veranda and two lounge chairs for relaxing. The kitchen is loaded with every imaginable accessory, and the view over the olive trees is broad and beautiful. Our car was parked in a private lot behind a gated entrance with a remote. The host was truly helpful and knowledgeable, even producing high‑quality extra‑virgin olive oil. Their two friendly, well‑behaved dogs never intruded. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience and I highly recommend it! Everything!!!
