The service was enthusiastic, the lobby bright and tidy. I couldn’t find my stuff, but a staff member named 牧亿 was especially helpful and helped us locate an important package—thanks a lot! Highly recommend.

The location is close to Sihai metro stop, just a couple of stops from SeaWorld. Fresh air from screened windows overlooking a pedestrian courtyard instead of a road was nice. A coffeeshop downstairs, restaurants, convenience stores and a mall are nearby. I didn’t like that the bathroom had no door.

I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but the experience was surprisingly good – the staff were friendly, the room quality was solid, and the breakfast offered plenty of Western‑style options. I’d recommend Atour without hesitation.
