The room was clean, but check‑in/out staff were not kind, it was very uncomfortable to talk to them and they were not on site all the time.

The location was perfect for heading to a concert at Shoreline, we enjoyed the quiet room and the breakfast in the morning, and the facility was clean and well maintained, yet the bed was very uncomfortable and not enough towels were provided.

Check‑in was smooth, the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was warm and fresh.

Very clean, but no EV charging; otherwise it was really good.

The breakfast was very good, the location was just 5 min from the Caltrain and the many eateries on Castro Street, I couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room, and it was quite pleasant for the price!
