The location is excellent, the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and have air conditioning. Our room faced the sea and the beach was just a moment from the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The location was great. In the bathrooms, the light didn’t work and the water flow was only a trickle.

The location was fine, but the building felt dated and the room was even worse; the menu offered hardly any choices—just two pastas and two mains—while the food was bland and overcooked, with side dishes limited to tomatoes, cucumbers or a simple salad, making breakfast the only decent option.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast runs from 8 to 10; when we arrived at 9:20 everything had already been taken away, they had to reset everything and gave us expired soy milk.

Staying right on the promenade was a plus, with a pedestrian‑only zone, well‑equipped beaches, a mini‑market stocked with everything, and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, we were placed in the neighboring Hotel Alcaraz, which looked less welcoming from the outside and felt like a two‑star property inside, far from a three‑star level, with very dated décor; the room had a double bed, an attached crib and a bunk bed, leaving little room to move, a medium‑large bathroom, and air‑conditioning that barely worked, though a breezy evening and an open balcony made sleep possible and the double bed was comfortable. We ate breakfast at Hotel Re Leone because of timing, which was nothing special—just a mix of salty and sweet items, various drinks (tea, coffee, juices, milk) and fruit, most of it pre‑packaged. The staff at both hotels were very kind and courteous. I can’t comment on Re Leone’s rooms since we didn’t see them, but the façade looked a bit nicer than Alcaraz. I would return for the location.
