The location, the reception staff, and the room were all outstanding, but the catering is outsourced to a different company and they’re terrible—stale pastries, a rude and aggressive manager, and not nice at all. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is lovely.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, the staff excellent, and it was calm even though it’s in the middle of the city, but the sauna only has two resting beds.
