Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Grand Hotel Coroana din Bistrița. Hotelul este foarte frumos, curat și bine întreținut, iar atmosfera este una foarte plăcută și primitoare. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, iar micul dejun inclus ne-a plăcut mult — gustos și cu suficiente variante pentru toate preferințele. Un mare plus este personalul, care a fost foarte amabil și atent pe tot parcursul șederii. Totul a fost peste așteptări și chiar ne-am simțit bine aici. Din partea mea, personalul merită fără ezitare nota 10/10. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm cu drag! ❤️

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the newly renovated room felt very pleasant; although the breakfast selection was not extensive, the food was fresh and tasty.

This hotel is very good and perfectly located right in the city centre, having been renovated only recently; I recommend it especially to families with children, as options are scarce in Bistrița. The breakfast could be more varied, because if you stay long enough and eat the same every day it gets boring.
