Palazzo San Firmino, a 16th‑century Venetian palace, offers all‑suite rooms with oak beams, two balconies, and canal‑view mullioned windows overlooking Santa Maria Formosa. Each air‑conditioned suite features period furnishings, flat‑screen TV, minibar, and a hydromassage bath in the suite. Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, a canal‑facing breakfast, Murano chandeliers, and a lounge with damask sofas. The Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square are a five‑minute walk.

Location, central, incredible service; nothing to object to.

It gave an authentic Venice experience. I didn’t like the extra step for check‑in and found it hard to locate. In the room, the canal was only visible from the window, but the view from the shared common area was nice.

The location and furnishings of the palace were great. The only downside was the lack of on‑site breakfast.

Carolina, the host, is amazing and very accommodating. The canal location is great, with everything close by. Loved it. Nothing else to mention.
