The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference.

The exceptional location makes it easy to move around because it is very close to many public transport options and the Yellow Bus for various city tours, as well as the tour meeting point for Sintra, Cascais, etc. Around there are plenty of bars and restaurants of all kinds. The hotel’s restaurant, called “Bastardo” (a rather unpleasant name), has prices that are definitely higher than average, so I chose not to use it.
The spot is great and the breakfast is good, plus there's a balcony. The room feels a bit cramped.

The hotel’s location is privileged, in the heart of Rossio in Lisbon, near attractions, good restaurants and the metro; the breakfast is varied and wonderful; the facilities are new, clean and comfortable, with everything for all culinary profiles; the “amenities” are very good; the staff are competent and friendly, especially Rita, Pedro and Inez at the front desk; check‑in and check‑out are uncomplicated; the restaurant “Bastardo” is great and hotel guests get a 50 % discount if they choose to have lunch or dinner there; the hotel has an elevator to all floors, which is a luxury in central Lisbon; I will definitely return!
