The staff were amazing and the location is great, but the bathrooms were old and unusable – the shower heads weren’t attached or the doors didn’t close, and the rooms never got cleaned during my stay.

The toilet was so filthy that water leaked into my room and the noise was overwhelming.

Getting off at bus stop C9 and walking a short distance to the harbor and downtown was easy, and even though I arrived much later than planned the staff handled everything kindly and made me feel safe. The hotel’s facilities aren’t brand‑new, but they’re worth the price.

The location is excellent, the price‑to‑service ratio is very fair, the building is well maintained, and the staff are polite and helpful.
