The bedding and towels are good, and the hotel provides a full set of toiletries, including brushes, toothpaste, a razor, a needle and thread kit, and more. The carpet is old, smells unpleasant, and the bathroom finish is weak, which doesn’t match a 4‑star hotel.

The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered during my travels, and the laundry service was incredibly efficient. However, the bathrooms were in need of a renovation and showed signs of wear and tear.
