The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is well located near the Erdberg bus station, tram lines, buses, and the underground; however, the breakfast restaurant is small and feels cramped when many guests are there, we stayed in a room that had a separate toilet in one area and a separate bathroom, and it would have been better if everything were in one room.

The location was good, the room was nice, cleaning service everyday, staff were kind. The breakfast was poor for vegans. I had sent a message to the property beforehand and they were happy to provide vegan options but unfortunately this did not happen. Not even a plant-based milk in the capital of Austria?:/
