“Disappointing stay with poor maintenance and service - not worth the price paid.”
Only the view mattered. I didn’t find this resort to be value for money. For what I paid, I could have stayed at a better branded resort with superior facilities and service. The main problems were: 1. Frequent power outages, even at night, made it hard to sleep. 2. Poor Wi‑Fi that kept disconnecting. 3. No flexibility with late check‑out; I was forced to leave at 12:00 PM, wasting the rest of my day. 4. Services were overpriced. 5. Missing basic amenities: the minibar was empty, there was no kids’ play area, and bathrobes and slippers were not provided. 6. Poor communication: the in‑room phone lines were constantly disturbed and unclear, and staff didn’t fix the issue. With a nightly rate of about 13K‑15K, I’d recommend a better branded resort that offers higher standards of comfort, amenities, hospitality, and guest service. This place is just a money‑making machine.
