“Masakra”
I managed to survive my two-day stay, but my overall opinion of the place is extremely poor. The room I booked came with a balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, and a kettle, as well as a fridge in the room. However, upon entering the property, I was greeted by a grill and a table for barbecuing, with a large table covered in cigarette butts. I was directed to a room on the top floor, which lacked a balcony, but had a window that either wouldn't close properly or would open too wide, obstructing the TV.
The hotel's location was close enough to the city center, but I had a frustrating experience when I tried to enter my room late at night. The main entrance was locked, and I ended up spending the night on a bench outside the hotel.
The service was unfriendly, despite my reservation, the owner was surprised to see me and only gave me a key to the room out of kindness. However, after checking in, the owner started asking me to pack up and leave by 8 am, even though the booking allowed for a check-out time of 11 am. It was a pathetic display of hospitality.
