The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, and the location is excellent. It’s a simple hotel, well situated and offers good value for money, suitable for short stays. A small table for working on a computer would be a nice addition.

Service was good.

The staff were fine, but the doors in Elsa’s rooms are very thin.

The staff service was excellent, and the facilities matched the price; it would have been nice to have a minibar, but the room had no window.

The location is really convenient, but we had some issues with the room. They didn't provide towels, so we had to ask for them, and there was no bathroom soap. We also missed breakfast one day because we had to get up early and they didn't offer any alternatives. Plus, the parking area isn't clearly marked, so you leave your stuff outside at your own risk.
