The place is nice and clean, though only one elevator was operating.

We stay here every year, clean facility, well kept, staff is top notch. One of our favorites!

The room was small, and we hate that breakfast now costs a lot; otherwise, our stay was great.

The hotel looks a bit tired, with dings on the wood furniture in guest rooms and the grand hallway, and wallpaper peeling at the bottom corner outside the shower. I gave the front desk a list of things that needed attention, and the heat was on in the elevator hallway on the 9th floor, which I mentioned verbally. Isaiah, on the night shift, was professional, courteous, and welcoming. The feeder road is being used as a drag strip at night, and the neighbour on the next floor smoked cigarettes on the balcony, which I could smell.
