The location was convenient. The double bed was actually two single beds, which made it uncomfortable for two people. The house also showed several signs of wear and neglect, such as worn flooring and a toilet without a top cover on the flush.

The proximity to the center was good. The room had only one power outlet, connected to a non‑working power strip. The bed was uncomfortable. The room’s sliding door was initially hard to open; after contacting the host, I was told to push hard, so it needs fixing. The balcony included in the room reservation is not exclusive; it’s shared with other guests from the kitchen, so it’s communal. The room wasn’t fully clean; I found dust on the headboard.

We didn’t use any services. The bathroom and room were filthy, the stairs would need pest control. The only bright spot was the hot water.

The room was comfy and the bed was very cozy, but the shared kitchen had worn-out pots that need replacing.

Free parking was close, and the bed was comfortable, yet I disliked the 30‑euro deposit requirement—already 50 euros for the room—plus the bathroom could have been cleaner, and breakfast was basically just coffee with nothing else.
