Each room features air conditioning, private bathrooms with shower and toilet. The hotel has a fully stocked bar and is near various restaurants within 200 meters.

The location offers a great sea view and is just a stone’s throw from the main square. The pool and beach have umbrellas. I highly recommend the snorkeling and diving agency inside the property next to the pool.

After arriving in Cancun, we headed straight to this hotel. We had booked a room without a balcony for our two daughters, ages 8 and 12, but on arrival we were moved quickly to a pool‑side room, which was much nicer and easier for the kids. The hotel is right on the beach and the restaurant next to it serves good breakfast and lunch. Nearby are plenty of restaurants and shops; the large supermarket across the street is pricey, so the wall market is better. We had already spoken with Rolien in the Netherlands about going out with her company to spot whale sharks and manta rays, and that worked out wonderfully—an amazing experience! The mosaic on the pool is coming loose, so it needs maintenance.

Location is good. The staff are very rude, especially the new receptionists who give wrong information, keep making mistakes, and aren’t friendly. They said coffee would be available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am but never met that schedule. The pool doesn’t provide showers to rinse off and there are no changing bathrooms. They don’t respect the room price, the conditions, and the hotel rules that are posted. The minibar bar didn’t work properly.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot right on the sea, with private parking on site and just a short walk from Puerto Morelos centre, quiet and close to restaurants and even a supermarket opposite. The independent restaurant on the ground floor, “Muelle 11”, serves excellent food, and the breakfast by the sea was top‑quality, though we never got to try the other dishes. We only spent one night here. The building shows its age – the pool tiles were coming up and the rooms could use a fresh look – but that didn’t bother us because the setting was fantastic.

The location is excellent, facilities are good. There’s no lighting in the stairwell, the parking wasn’t opened, the pool floor mosaics need maintenance, and the staff aren’t very friendly.
