I was impressed by the location of this hotel, perched on a hill overlooking the Kafue river, with a lovely view and the opportunity to walk down to the river. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the cleanliness - or lack thereof. The rooms were dirty, with no shampoo, and the shower water was dirty and smelled bad. The furniture and towels were also dirty, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“Schöner Aufenthalt”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, with the beautiful location directly on the green banks of the Kafue River being a highlight. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and the activities started promptly on time. The cottages were spacious and lovely, with a great view of the river from the pool. I highly recommend the sunset tour and game drive, where I spotted crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and impalas.

I had a wonderful stay here, with the staff treating me like royalty - they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The manager, Karen, helped organize my safari and boat rides, while Chef Christopher served up delicious, authentic meals. Although the dirt road to the cottages was tiring after a long travel, and there were some ants to watch out for, the experience was overall fantastic.

“in Ordnung”

The view of the Kafue river was truly stunning, and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed a boat trip with fishing, which was a great experience. However, I felt that the price was too high for the standard of accommodation - but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
