The location and the price were wonderful, but the check‑in took a long time; previously we were given a room a little earlier, and the service has deteriorated.

The cleanliness was good and the bathtub was deep and comfortable. Even though I had booked and paid by card, my reservation was not found, so I was moved to a different room.
