Being close to the airport was convenient, yet the shuttle arrived about 1.5 minutes late, I left jewelry in the room and the front desk said it was set aside, but when I went to pick it up it was gone, and I’ve sent emails for weeks with no reply.

Everything was very good: the location near the airport, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, the hotel was very clean, but the breakfast was average, and the hotel was poorly insulated from noise.
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Rachel who was polite, helpful, and a great conversational partner—she definitely deserves a raise, but the air conditioning didn’t blow cold during the day because of its placement, the TV volume had to be maxed out at 75 and still wasn’t audible, the staff claimed they fixed it but they didn’t, and the breakfast could have offered more than just bagels.
Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy, the room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, but the air conditioner rattled when it turned on.
