“Under construction, no breakfast”
Honestly, the hotel is still being built, which was a bit of a letdown. They didn't have breakfast available, which wasn't a huge issue for me, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, it was a pretty bare-bones experience.
“Good location, not so clean”
The location was spot on, loved being close to everything. Unfortunately, the bed sheets, blanket, and towel were all dirty - major bummer.

The room itself was really nice, exactly like the pictures - and at 2013 rupees, it was a good value. But, the hotel is still under construction, and the exterior is basically just concrete. Getting in was a bit of a challenge, and my mom had a tough time with the temporary bridge. They also promised private parking, but I ended up having to park on the street, which didn't feel super safe with all the stray dogs around.
