“Perfecto”

It’s very central, next to the station, with new and clean rooms. They arranged airport pickup for us. Special shout‑out to the receptionist/driver BERTAY, super friendly, made our stay wonderful ❤️

Clean, well‑maintained, and worth the money; the location is excellent, everything is within walking distance—shops, supermarkets, fast food, ATMs, even a hospital if something happens. Overall, great! The reception staff deserves special praise; the team is excellent. I’d come back again! All room amenities are present, and I’m satisfied. Breakfast was traditional, and while I’d like a bit more variety, it was still tasty.

“lovely!”

I got to the hotel in the middle of the night and the night‑time receptionist was fantastic. I’d booked a room with a bathtub, but I was handed a shower room at first; he quickly fixed that and gave me exactly what I wanted, all while it was 5 am. He was very empathetic, asked if I needed food, and handed me a few bottles of cold water when I was about to leave. The room was spotlessly clean, the tub was huge with a Jacuzzi, and I enjoyed the smoking‑allowed option. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful with small tasks I hadn’t even requested. Everyone communicated in English or gestures. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely book here again when I’m in Izmir. The only downside was the refrigerator in the room stopped working while I was out; with 36 °C inside, I’d have liked something cold or frozen to return to.

“Excelent! Izmirul este fantastic!”

Hotelul este situat aproape de bazar, sunt restaurante și magazine peste tot, recepționerii sunt deosebiți și cel mai important, te ajută cu parcarea mașinii, ei neavând o parcare proprie. Mici defecte la baie
