“Ubicación fantástica. Trato excepcional.”
The location was great—close to the tourist area, just 3 min from the Metro, a huge supermarket next door, and plenty of places to eat. It was a calm spot, away from the dark alleys of the center yet still nearby. Giuseppe gave us friendly service and helpful advice. The common area had a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery and other kitchen supplies, which was perfect for breakfast. The views from the communal terrace were nice. The shower had low water pressure; Giuseppe explained the issue, offered tricks, and seemed very concerned, but I still had to buy a dry shampoo because I have long hair.
The location was excellent, and the room was cute and equipped as needed. There was a major issue with the shower water flow and the sink drainage in the bathroom. Additionally, the elevator lock for the eighth floor (where the apartment is) requires manual closure; if another resident forgets to close it—as happened—we had to walk up eight floors.
Everything was within walking distance, and the elevator was available for the apartment on the 8th floor. Giuseppe was there if needed. We had water problems—no flow and no hot water during our stay. There was no explanation for the TV or the safe; you have to ask for the code.
The location and the exceptional view from the terrace were highlights. We were disappointed because the breakfast was listed on Booking but, since Covid, the hotel no longer provides it. We encountered weak water flow, a musty smell in the room despite constant ventilation, and the odor lingered even after leaving. The terrace was poorly maintained, a broken chair wasn’t replaced. The value for money was lacking.
