The room was clean, bright, and quiet, and the staff were kind and made my stay enjoyable. The food was tasty, thank you. The only issue was the ventilation when getting dressed in the bathroom, but I guess that's unavoidable. I wish there had been a night light in the room for sleeping.

The location is great—just a 10‑minute walk from Yamanaka Station, crossing the bridge. The hotel offers free pickup and a trip to Monkey Park, and the staff were welcoming so we felt at home right away. The room was spacious with a traditional Japanese style. Note that the dinner (ryokan‑style with about ten dishes) needs to be booked in advance, or you can try local restaurants. It gets dark at night, so watch the terrain. Let the hotel know your arrival time and confirm the start of the Monkey Park trip so they can assist.

“露天温泉超赞！性价比超高！”

1、位置虽然不在温泉街，从车站步行5分钟可达，发邮件给酒店，他们会派车到车站接人，退房也会派车送车站，服务非常周到；2、露天温泉超大，可以同时容纳15—20人，非常舒服，订这个酒店就是为了露天温泉，真的很满意；3、早餐是自助，很丰盛，早餐提供当地苹果，非常好吃；晚餐是日式料理，丰盛好吃。4、性价比超高，周末价格依然吸引，推荐一泊两食；5、到达酒店为下午2点，酒店允许提早入住，同时升级了房间（带温泉套房），面积超大，非常舒服。. 1、没有洗衣机，非常意外也非常失望；2、房间私人温泉温度太高，根本没法使用！

“Bellissimo hotel tradizionale con onsen”

The rooms were beautiful and traditional, and the staff were very friendly. The transfer to and from the snow monkey park was very convenient. We upgraded to a room with a private onsen.
