This hostel was fantastic! The staff were amazing, I loved the accommodation and the hospitality. I spent my birthday there and was pleasantly surprised with a note that was the MOST SPECIAL thing, along with chocolate. No complaints.

“Boa localização e experiência, mas há espaço para melhorias”

The hostel’s location is very good, close to the town center and the beach. Because the hostel doesn’t offer breakfast, I found it convenient to have a nearby bakery where you can pay separately for a meal. The pre‑check‑in communication was also a big plus: they send a lot of information, even a video explaining how to get there and how to get around, which is very helpful for first‑time visitors to Caraíva. I stayed in room Clarice Lispector, which has air‑conditioning, a closet, a bathroom, and towels, making for a comfortable stay. I also want to highlight Isa from Imersa. She used to volunteer at the hostel and is no longer on the team, but she still hangs out in the space with some of her own activities. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, and attentive, always caring about everyone. As areas for improvement, I missed a more suitable common area for rainy days, since the common spaces are mostly outdoors. I also think the hostel could offer more integration activities, like going to forró, the beach, or other trips, especially because many guests travel alone and have trouble starting that interaction. In room Clarice Lispector, I missed a curtain to block the light, because I woke up very early every day with natural light. Finally, the mini‑kitchen is very small and has no microwave, which makes it hard for those who need to prepare or just heat a meal.

“Maravilhoso”

I loved the stay; the girls are super kind and very welcoming, the place is super clean, cozy, and well organized, which matters a lot because it’s a hostel in the middle of the village. I highly recommend it to all the divas 💖✨

I loved the hostel, the energy, everything! The volunteer girls are always friendly and available. I really want to come back, recharged, and soak up the energy of Caraiva, but a coffee package would be nice.
