The hotel sits right in the heart of all the main shops and looks stunningly well kept. It offers every luxury you’d expect from a five‑star property. This was our second visit, staying for a family celebration and my husband’s 60th birthday. Housekeeping was outstanding, and every staff member—from the friendly, helpful doormen and front desk to the restaurant crew and cleaners—showed real pride in their work. It’s a classic hotel that’s a must‑visit for Londoners craving cream teas, fantastic food, and a home‑away‑from‑home feel. We loved everything about it!
