I was really disappointed with the service here. The room was dirty, with old blankets and pillows that looked like they'd been around for ages. When I tried to cancel my booking, they took their sweet time to get back to me. The service was pretty terrible, to be honest.

My stay here was pretty decent, all things considered. The rooms were clean, if a bit basic, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for the lack of frills in the rooms.

The only good thing about my stay here was the view from my room on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, that was about it. The whole experience felt very impersonal and lacking in warmth.

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. They overbooked and refused to let us check in, then had the nerve to tell us we should request a refund. When we did, they claimed we never showed up. Needless to say, we will never be back and would advise others to steer clear.

I've been booking hotels in Thailand for 25 years, and this place takes the cake for worst service I've ever had. They just overbooked and then tried to pass the blame off on me. It's unbelievable. Needless to say, I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
