The housekeeping was good. The mattress felt too soft for me, but I’m not complaining—customers differ.

The surroundings were peaceful, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic. The desserts could be improved, and the towels could use a refresh.

All employees were friendly and helpful, especially Annette at reception who went out of her way to ensure I received my laundry from the dry‑cleaning on time before my onward travel. The coffee at breakfast didn’t taste good to me.
