This place is just lovely. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bathroom is good, the bed is extremely comfortable and the balcony is a winner. The pool is also great. Plenty of parking is a huge bonus. The building sits next to the road, and as others have mentioned, walking to Imerovigli along the road can be a bit stressful at night. You can instead take a short walk to the path between Fira and Oia, which is gorgeous and also leads to Imerovigli. The owner is the best! She is extremely kind, helpful, and it’s clear she loves working with tourists. She gave us very useful tips and made sure we had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was spectacular, Katerina’s service was super special with ready-to-use recommendations for an unforgettable trip (places, food), and she even helped with photos from an SD card we left in the room. The room was immaculate, truly amazing. Everything was magnificent.

You can conveniently visit the villages of Imerovigli, Firostefani and Tira on foot, and if you have a car the location is central to the whole island. A bit of disturbance comes from traffic on the road in front of the property.

Kamers waren prima, de picknick tafel buiten was handig om met meerderen te kunnen ontbijten en spelletjes te doen De hartelijkheid van het welkom en de keurige verzorging en dagelijkse schoonmaak waren top verzorgd Ook het boeken van scooters en boottrip liep vlekkeloos. Goed te weten dat het dicht bij een weg ligt die overdag wat drukker is Het zwembad en ligbedjes zijn achter het hotel dus je hebt er niet heel veel last van, maar zoek je iets heel rustigs dan is dit niet het hotel voor jou. Voor het slapen 's nachts was het eigenlijk geen probleem. Dan is er weinig verkeer

Katarina, the reception lady, is very friendly, smiling, and professional; she advised us on places to walk and eat. It’s a pity that the bathroom had a smell of sewer coming up.
