“good”
The hotel is close to Kokusai‑dori and the facilities are fairly clean and easy to use. Because my room was near the shower area, I could still hear chatter and noises after 12 pm.

It was my third time here and I had proper sleep this time. (There was a guest snorring too loudly under my bed in the next room last time.) The main reason why you'd want to stay here is the location in kokusai street, which is nice to see from the lounge / reception area at night especially. Otherwise it was so quiet I haven't really heard anyone talking during my stay even tho the rooms were maybe 50% booked on my floor. The reception staff was very dedicated and polite. The rooms isolation is rather flimsy. (But it's always better than bunk beds or capsules.) I'm sensible to white light and the light in the room is a little too strong

The room space was decent, enough to spread out a suitcase, and I could leave luggage there. Soundproofing was poor; I happened to encounter a late‑night guest whose rough door‑slamming could be heard all the way to my room.

Every room has a lockable door, so privacy and security are good. The bathroom isn’t in the room, but it’s very clean. The location is great—just downstairs is International Street and the train station is very close, making transport easy. The staff are very friendly. We didn’t order breakfast, but the front desk offers free drinks and a water dispenser (not open at night). In the evenings, certain times you can get drinks. There’s also a vending machine in the hotel, and each floor has a public window‑side seating area. Overall, a comfortable stay.
