Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a pest infestation and a skin irritation issue affecting our child, making it a disappointing experience.

O café da manhã era delicioso. O staff muito educado e sempre disposto a nos ajudar. A localização excelente. Conseguimos fazer quase tudo a pé. E embora esteja localizado no coração de Getsmani, não teve um único ruído em meu quarto. Nem mesmo da obra que estava acontecendo próximo. A única coisa que eu fiquei frustrada foi o fato do serviço de spa estar indisponível por estar em obra. Mas isso não tirou o charme e a graça do hotel

The hotel’s location is superb and it has a 24‑hour reception for any questions. We first received a room that smelled musty and had water on the floor, but we were switched rooms immediately. The shower was warm and the standard rooms are good with air‑conditioning. However, the hotel could use a small upgrade of facilities, as the focus is currently on building extra rooms. The rooms feel a bit motel‑like and could use more character. The pool is a nice bonus but needs maintenance, and with Cartagena’s heat, parasols or shade cloth are essential, yet they were missing.
