The location was very good, close to Town Square and Megamas—great for evening drinks or meals. The room was spacious with ample storage, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms at the back were quieter, though the view was less pleasant than the front ones. The bed was mediocre, starting to sag and needing replacement, and the bathroom was too small and could use a general refresh.

The central location and good facilities were nice, and the breakfast was excellent. I had to leave early and had already paid for two nights plus an extra early check‑in fee; I asked to move the second night from the 3rd to the 10th when I would return to Manado, but despite rooms being available on the 10th, I was told it wasn’t possible.

Like all ibis hotels, it offers great services at competitive prices. The street in front is busy, but you can cross it easily to visit the many shopping centers across the street and reach the lively seaside promenade in just 10 minutes on foot. Nothing in particular to note.

The location is great, but everything else was fine.

The place is well situated, yet the room wasn't quiet because we could hear the Mosque and people walking outside. The towel needed to be changed, it was overdue. Housekeeping didn't check the soap and tissue in the toilet, so we had to ask for them.
