Pension Happy Superior

“Uns hatte der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, es war sehr sauber, nettes Personal und die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Umg”

The staff were very friendly, the place was spotless, the equipment was good, and we were welcomed warmly, but the price was steep and the breakfast only offered bread instead of rolls.

Fajny obiekt, ładnie położony. Pokoje OK. Czystość OK. Ładna jadalnia. Podejście właścicieli do rozwiązywania problemów spowodowanych przez obiekt podczas zameldowania, pobytu i wymeldowania - na Bardzo Niskim Poziomie

We were very disappointed with our stay, mainly because of the owner's condescending attitude. At breakfast we wanted to take two rolls to go for our outing, and the owner began to scold us for about 20 minutes, explaining how it was wrong and that guests who are scolded write bad reviews. He kept returning to this point and practically prevented us from having a calm breakfast. We left the rolls behind and departed early because we no longer wanted to stay there. The whole situation was very unpleasant and we consider such treatment of guests to be highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The previous evening the hot water in the room was not flowing properly, only lukewarm, making showering uncomfortable. The room was also noticeably cold; the heating was set to full, yet the room still barely warmed up. The location itself is beautiful, but the access to guests and basic comfort severely ruined the overall impression for us, so we rate it 3/10.
