The lodging is good and very well‑located because the train station and the center are easily reachable. Keep in mind it’s only a room, so there’s no extra shared space. You also don’t get any contact with staff; they simply send you the instructions to enter the building and the room.

Very good location, comfortable and spacious. No one was there to welcome us.

The spot was perfect, right in the middle of Le Spezia’s main area with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops, and the train station is within walking distance. The room was small but comfortable. We loved the old, small elevator with manual doors and appreciated the clear instructions for access. Nothing negative.

The location, bathroom, and bedroom were great. The building is older and the elevator is a drawback.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città e le 5 terre; host molto gentili. Camera pulita, ambiente molto accogliente. Particolarmente apprezzata la presenza di lockers gratuiti
