Property is closed and shouldn’t be accepting bookings. I even changed the date of my stay and the property confirmed the change but they’re closed due to a fire. They closed and didn’t inform me or cancel my booking. Now , who is aware the property is closed at this time, is making it difficult to get a refund

Fire on my floor I was evacuated in an active fire. The bed and linens were smelly. There was no rug or carpet snd my feet got dirty. Soap at sink was empty and I fixture for soaps was cheap. No microwave live TV was not easy to use. I will never book a Tru by Hilton. Property was okay but not safe as we had a huge electrical fire. Hotel now closed. The room was awful

Location was good. Breakfast was cold. The eating area wasn’t clean. No one bused the tables after people left. They were low on silverware and napkins. Staff mainly stayed behind their desk talking with one another or on their phones
