The location was good, but the facilities were awful: the ice machines didn’t work, the parking was dirty and unsafe with people whose status I didn’t know, and a $40 deposit was charged at checkout and never refunded.

Nothing positive; the place didn’t match the pictures and felt more like a motel. The key cards were broken, the doors didn’t lock properly, a smoke alarm kept beeping all night, the AC vent was loud and broken, there was no breakfast except a waffle maker, the area was full of crackheads and I didn’t feel safe, the sheets were uncomfortable, and the TV didn’t work.
