The building is very central, a beautiful Belle Époque structure with a large room, and the restaurant and bar are close by. It could use a good refreshment and a bathroom renovation.

The spot in Ortygia is central, full of character and life, and the buzz carried on until late but didn't bother us. The rooftop terraces are a real bonus. Breakfast was convenient but a little minimal, and we’d love more fresh fruit and plain natural yoghurt. The staff in the apartments were friendly, and the team at the Livingstone Hotel went out of their way to be helpful, informative, and welcoming. Their offer to look after luggage before check‑in or after check‑out was very useful. The hotel is a five to ten minute walk away, and there’s a good swimming spot within ten minutes walk.

The bathroom was clogged.

The placement was good, but the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work at all and the check‑in process is complicated.
