I can't say much about this place; when the agreed check‑in time came, the hotel was shut. No one was on the phone or answering emails for hours, so I had to scramble for another spot. Later they apologized, claiming the call‑forward had failed, but if you confirm a check‑in time you should be there. The extra cost I incurred is very annoying, and the hotel near Dorfkrug showed neither professionalism nor reliability, so I give it zero stars.

The entire stay was top‑class and perfectly fine; I would definitely return. The attached restaurant is highly recommended, offering very good, traditional dishes.

Dining was possible and the room was spacious. I would have liked more staff to keep everything in order; our heating didn’t work (it was broken). It took a while to get fixed, but the staff handled everything themselves.
