Las truchas were fine, but the atención, vía de acceso, suciedad de instalaciones, and ambiente muy desprolijo were problematic.

The nature and its tranquility were wonderful. Our cabin’s jacuzzi never worked—it didn’t heat up, which was a bad experience.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the place was super clean and quiet, the food was delicious, and the guide for the quad bike tours was very attentive to everyone’s needs. I give the place a 10. Thanks for the care. The only downside is that getting to the site is difficult because the street is unpaved, and small cars have trouble climbing; we had to leave the car in a parking lot far below and walk 15 minutes to get there. It would be great if they improved the road so everything would be perfect.
