The property looked clean and the breakfast was nice, but the room‑hire policy was confusing: I was told it cost £10 per hour, so when we arrived a bit earlier than our 11 am check‑in, I expected £20, yet we were charged £35, bringing the total to £55, which disappointed me after already paying £102 for the room.
