I liked the location and the hotel’s facilities; the blackout curtains were excellent, and I appreciated that the room had a fan and everything could be controlled with a remote. I also want to highlight the good service and willingness of the front‑desk guy, who was very kind and helped us resolve the issue we had upon arrival. When I arrived, I was first assigned room 507, but the bed was messy, the minibar was empty, the bathroom was dirty, and the trash bin had rubbish—an awful first impression. Fortunately, when I went to report the situation, they moved me to room 404. Another negative point was the housekeeping service: they tried to clean the room while we were sleeping, but then didn’t return. Because of this, we did not receive proper cleaning during our stay. I think the hotel should pay more attention to these details, set clear cleaning times, inform guests, and organize the service so rooms can be cleaned when guests are not present, if that’s what they prefer.
