The hotel looks stunning with its natural surroundings and luxury feel. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, split‑level with a wonderful view. The pool and bar area were great. However, the toilet doors don’t close fully, some staff treated other guests differently from us at times, the food was overpriced for its quality, and a few dishes were missing.

The view was great and the evening at the cinema was enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and made sure you had a good stay. However, the place isn’t suitable for people with limited mobility; you have to walk a lot and climb difficult paths, and there are dangerous cliff areas that require good physical condition. The shower was uncomfortable too. While the staff were generally helpful, we had an unpleasant moment during a meal: we left a 15 % tip and the waiter said we had “scammed” us. We’re not sure if it was a joke or a serious remark, but it really ruined the experience. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The supposedly private beach turned out to be a cliff zone with strong waves and no proper warning signs about the danger. When I went down, there was no notice and a big wave hit us unexpectedly. Finally, there was an advertised hammock area that simply didn’t exist.

The view, rooms, private beach, and breakfast were outstanding. The staff were professional. Everything cost extra and was pricey. The cinema no longer exists. The water bottle in the room could taste better. There was an unpleasant smell from the drainage in the morning.

The cliff line is pretty, but uncomfortable, always climbing up or down stairs. The price is absurd for the overall quality. Everything is paid for, even the anti‑mosquito spray, which is essential in that area and free in other hotels.
