I was blown away by the sheer size of the room – it’s the biggest I’ve ever seen in Japan, and everything else was spot‑on. No complaints at all.

The front desk staff were flexible, the hot spring or large bath water was hot and very good, a shower cap in the amenities was helpful, the room was wide and clean though the bed making was a bit lax. The photos were not up to par, it looked older than expected and was a bit disappointing. The area around the hotel was one‑way, so I didn’t feel like pulling my car out of the parking once I had entered.

The large bath was good, but the air‑conditioner filter light was on, and the bathroom had a bad smell and the exhaust fan had dust on it; I cleaned it but the smell didn’t go away.
