The only real perk is the location; everything else is nearly nonexistent. The hotel claims three stars but falls short of basic service. The rooms look fine at first, but the AC is awful: the outdoor unit sits on the balcony and blows hot air, making the balcony unusable and forcing a choice between a cool room and an outdoor seat. The key system is also inconvenient; one key controls the room’s electricity, so leaving the hotel turns the AC off and returning finds the room at about 30 °C, which takes a while to cool. The breakfast is disappointing: limited options, cold scrambled eggs, a few croissants, and almost no fresh produce—no vegetables, greens, or variety. For a three‑star hotel, that’s below expectations. Service leaves a bad impression; the checkout time was moved from 12:00 to 11:00 without notice, causing stress and a sense of disorganization. Overall, the hotel seems to cut costs on comfort, AC, breakfast, and basic service. The location is the only redeeming factor, but it’s not enough. We won’t return or recommend it.

The location is spot‑on, with an amazing beach just a few meters away, and getting to Porto Cervo or Rotondo is a breeze; the place is very clean, quiet, and surrounded by huge greenery, and the staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is only average, and the scrambled eggs are always cold.

The AC unit above the bed made one night terrible because it was too hot to open the windows, and you can’t sleep with the AC blowing on your head either. Breakfast was thin; the hotel was full because it was a weekend. I went to breakfast at 9 am and ate under the sun, which was already 30 minutes. The buffet wasn’t enough for all guests—little choice and little replacement, so it was just enough.
