The place felt super cozy and really quiet – perfect for kicking back and still having a chance to meet other travelers. I could relax and chat without any hassle, and I’m already planning to come back.

Staying there was a full‑on experience; the house feels like it was built to showcase the coastal, surf‑and‑nature vibe, and they’ve got everything you could need. The homely atmosphere with the dogs, a cat, volunteers, the owner and the community, plus the activities, creates a real sense of joy and genuine care. The garden’s plant life adds a nice touch, and I appreciate their push for responsible, eco‑friendly travel.

The volunteers are definitely the highlight here – always friendly and ready to help, and the location is spot‑on for getting around. The common area is fun, packed with games and chances to mingle with other guests. On the downside, the hostel’s facilities need work: the rooms are pretty dark, the beds aren’t that comfy, and there’s no locker space, which was a problem for me with a 40‑liter backpack.

“Boa”

I liked how welcoming the staff were and the fact that the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the shower barely had any water pressure and the fan in the shared room was noisy, which made it hard to relax.

The service was really attentive – they made sure I had everything I needed. Still, I felt like I wanted to get out of there sooner rather than later.
