The room was large and the location was good for the old town of Phuket. Only minor issues with the faucet’s firmness and the safe’s size.

The spot is well‑situated near the bus station and within walking distance of the old town, clean and quiet, with very nice staff. There’s no elevator, the breakfast is basic but acceptable.

I loved the hotel's location in the old town - it was quiet and close to some great restaurants. The room was a good size, and the balcony was a nice touch. They even provided coffee and biscuits in the morning, which was a nice bonus. However, the bed and pillow could have been better, and the bathroom was a bit cramped.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The service was top-notch, and everything else was just as good. I didn't have a single complaint.
